Hand Dyed Scarves 100% Cotton Baby Ribbed
I got my order of white cotton scarves. I have started hand dying them. I used Procion Fiber Reactive Dyes. I used a few different techniques. I folded some, twisted and scrunched. They are for sale. $25 each. I'll be posting more colors and styles as they come out of the dryer, haha.

Busy Little Hands Craft Show and Small Business Expo
One day after our first craft show, and the I'm still psyched about all the fun and people. We had friends and family, for support. There was an abundance of small businesses tables, and quite a few craft tables. I think we had some prime real estate. Our table was on the perimeter and on a corner. So we had a lot of traffic. We sold a few items. I was impressed with the over all acceptance and good will that the vendors showed. We made some new friends and got some great leads. I will try to update this blog with what is coming up and what may be going on. I had a great chat with a lady who gave me some great ideas on self promoting and really kick starting this business.

The Beginning
Dear Reader,
This is the first blog that we have done. Please be patient with us. This is all new and exciting.
So, here's the deal. We have started our business! Our mission is to not only hope to have this start-up to become a full time career, but also to explore the realms of fabric, dyes, and fiber art. Our mission for our customers, is to provide great products and services, at competitive prices. We strive for the best quality of work.
As anyone who has ever done some sort of home crafts, this is not your run of the mill products. Most people know that a quilt (no matter the size) is a great undertaking. Every quilt that we have made is a one of a kind. The combinations of fabrics, machining, and needle work, make each doll, rug, quilt and art project a one of a kind item. To be cherished, used and passed on.
All rugs are made from re purposed designer samples, saving them from landfill and they make for some awesome rugs. Our dolls are made with as much re purposed fabric and findings. If it's a button or a bead chances are it is from old jewelry, garage sales. If we can use it we'll save it.
We are hoping to incorporate a FAQ section.
We do appreciate any and all comments. Whether it is good or bad. Any advise on blogging helps too.
Thanks for reading.
